BICHOLIM: Senior journalist and former editor of Marathi daily Navaprabha, Suresh Valve from Bicholim was awarded “Bhatgram Bhushan” during the inaugural ceremony of Bhatgram festival held at Shetye plaza, Bicholim, on Wednesday.
The award was presented to Valve by Art and Cultural Minister Govind Gaude in the presence of Bicholim MLA Rajesh Patnekar, Bhatgram President Naresh Sawal, Scientist Dr Nandkumar Kamat, Art and Cultural Director Gurudas Pilarnkar and others.
