MARGAO: Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco on Sunday said that Betalbatim village will see a change on the development front within the next two years.
Saying that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar never stopped development in his constituency, Mickky said some people are out to put spokes in the development of the village. “But, I would like to announce that development will take place in the village by May,” he said, adding that the he would go by the majority views of the villagers while carrying out developmental.
He was speaking at a public meeting held at Betalbatim on Sunday noon which was attended by the chief minister, Sarpanch, Esperance Fernandes, panchs and others.
