Film star Bhargavi and renowned choreographer Megha Sampat will enthrall the audience with 30 other dancers at Rajiv Kala Mandir, Ponda on January 18 and at Kala Academy Open Air Auditorium on January 19 at 7.00 pm.
A press release issued here states that these performances are part of 10 days schedule of Music for Peace & Harmony Concerts organized by Entertainment Society of Goa.
Goan dancing duo Jason & Sylvia along with 150 special children will perform live at Dinanath Mangueshkar Auditorium, Panjim on January 18 at 7 pm. Goan dancers Akash Telgu will present his performance at 4 pm, while Sinipa’s dance dhamaka will be presented at 5 pm in the same auditorium. Noted Marathi singer Ravindra Sathe, Anuradha Marathe and Suvarna Mategaonkar will perform in Marathi Chitrapath Sangeet Concert at Rajiv Kala Mandir, Ponda on January 19 at 7 pm.
On the same day Ravindra Bhavan, Curchorem will plays host to performances of Sobit Sundar Goya by Yash Production at 6 pm, Hindi classics by Gauri Bhat at 7 pm and Kala Zankar Orchestra at 9 pm.
Kala Academy open air auditorium will stage performances of Mansoor Khan at 4.30 pm, Sadanand Amonkar at 5 pm, Bharati Entertainment & Music at 5.30 pm on January 19. These performances will be followed by special show ‘Dances of Indian Cinema’ featuring film star Bhargavi and choreographer Megha Sampat along with 30 other dancers, adds the press release.
