BICHOLIM: Bicholim police on Tuesday arrested a 22-year-old youth from Punjab for raping a minor girl. Gurvinder Singh, a native of Fazilka in Punjab but presently residing at Ladfe, was arrested for raping a 15-year-old migrant girl.
The accused has been arrested under Section 376 of IPC, Section 8 (2) of Goa Children’s Act and Section 6 of POSCO Act. PSI Harshal Naik is investigating the case.
