Anjuna Police have arrested Bijay Kumar Singh (38), a native of Jharkhand, in connection with the fire incident at Birch by Romeo Lane.
Singh, who was employed as the operational manager at the establishment, was apprehended from Jharkhand following an investigation into the case. Police officials said the arrest was made after tracing his whereabouts outside Goa.
