The ruling BJP is manipulating reservation ahead of the Zilla Panchayat elections, Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai has alleged. Hence candidates who were already declared and had started doing the work have been eliminated. Hence it is important for the opposition to prepare a panel of all category candidates for each constituency, he advised.
