PANJIM: Burglars once against struck the government quarters at Altinho. Sources said three flats, including that of a police constable, were targeted by the robbers; however one case was foiled.
Only one complainant came forward to lodge a police complaint. PI Siddhant Shirodkar said that lady constable with the GRP camp alleged that unknown persons attempted to commit theft at the flat by breaking open the door during the early hours of Monday.
Few other government flats have been targeted by robbers in the past as well, however, there has been no breakthrough as yet.
