SANGUEM: Cash and gold ornaments worth about Rs 1.80 lakh were stolen from a house at Tisk-Uguem, Sanguem. According to Sanguem Police, Shekhar Naik of Tisk-Uguem complained that some persons entered his house by breaking the latch of back door and stole gold ornaments like lockets, seven pair of earrings, a bracelet, etc, and cash of Rs 700, all worth about Rs 1.80 lakh. ASI K Patil is investigating the case.
