PANJIM: The committee of the Confre da Capela da St Caetano along with the people from St Caetano ward, Merces, depicted a Christmas crib with the theme ‘Jesus, the Saviour of the World.’ Parish Priest Fr Remedios Britto Furtado and his assistant, Fr Edward D’Costa guided in the setting up of the crib. The crib explains the story of Christmas using 9 large posters with a script and pictures. The project was envisaged by Gabriel Braganza, Victor D’Mello, Jose Fernandes and Menino Fernandes along with Shankar Chari who designed the working model. The crib is located besides the St. Caetano Chapel, Dovornem, Merces and will be on public display till January 6.
