Through the “Citizen Herald” column I like to highlight the scant disregard and indiscipline shown by the students/parents of the educational institutions around this area who park their vehicles haphazardly on the shoulder of this narrow road on both sides, making it impossible for a fire brigade or an ambulance to manoeuvre through in an emergency.
There are atleast 50 odd residences down this road and most of these families own four wheelers making it very difficult for us to leave our residences and join the main road.

The management of these institutions will do a world of good if they allow their students to park their vehicles within their premises and not be a nuisance to other motorists.
