After finishing his long stay near Panjim market and near Luis Menezes Braganza garden the classic junctions of our smart city of Panjim what we call it to be, he has taken possession of a third beautiful territory having oval shaped garden occupying one of it’s benches since September 21, 2016 till date.
He is seen always seating, feasting and sleeping on the bench to be there happily eating the eatables thrown out by pedestrians. He always seats facing to the Panjim church. He troubles restaurateurs, teashops owners for food and tea and easing himself around that area surrounded by tourists who complain of bad smell also giving an eyesore which has also become health hazard to all.
What should one call him a beast or human? Why are the right concerned authorities are sleeping for so long to take action to get rid of this beast or a human.
