A violent clash broke out between two groups of inmates inside Colvale Jail earlier today, leaving accused Mohammed Rehan seriously injured. The incident reportedly occurred near the convict cell block.
Rehan sustained multiple injuries during the altercation and was immediately shifted to the District Hospital in Mapusa for urgent medical treatment. He was later brought back for a medical examination under police escort.
