Colvale Police Register Case After 40 Cubic Metres of Suspected Illegal Sand Seized in Camurlim, Bardez

The Goa Police have registered an offence after nearly 40 cubic metres of suspected illegally extracted sand, valued at approximately ₹52,000, was found stacked at Camurlim in Bardez.

The sand was detected during an inspection carried out by the Directorate of Mines and Geology. Following the inspection, a complaint was lodged, leading Colvale Police to book a case against unknown persons.
