VASCO: Contrary to the claims of the Health officials that dengue is under control and the situation is not alarming, a number of suspected dengue cases have been reported at the Chicalim Cottage Hospital and other private clinics in Mormugao taluka in the last few weeks.
Recently two police personnel attached to Vasco police station were hospitalised after testing positive for the viral disease. Both of them were residing at police barrack facility inside the Vasco police station premises.
