MAPUSA: Calangute police on Saturday arrested a 29-year-old Ghanaian Jackson Gabriel for possessing drugs illegally.
During night patrolling, a team headed by PI Nolasco Raposo found the accused near Palmarinha Resorts, Porbhawaddo, Calangute with 9 grams of cocaine worth Rs 90,000 in a Activa scooter.
The night patrolling team comprised of PSI Vikas Deikar, PC Vinod Naik, Vinay Shrivastav, Suresh Naik, Amit Dhawaskar and Laxman Palyekar. PSI Laxi Amonkar is investigating.
