Pramod Sawant informed the Goa Legislative Assembly that the state government has signed an agreement with The Energy and Resources Institute to conduct a comprehensive study on the carrying capacity of the entire state.
Sawant said the proposed study will examine the environmental and infrastructural limits of the state and help authorities better understand how much development Goa can sustain without harming its ecological balance.
