Chairman of the Committee, Ln Dr Venkatesh Prabhudessai told the media that the exhibition will be an eye opener to the farmers, horticulturists, plant lovers, gardeners and industry people and other stake holders who want to expand and diversify their activities.
A workshop of commercial floriculture production of orchids, gerbera and anthurium will be held on March 28 at 3.30 pm at the venue. Curtains on the three-day exhibition will come down on March 29. The exhibition will be open for public from 10 am to 8 pm on all three days.
Prabhudessai said farmers from Goa and also neighbouring states of Karnataka and Maharashtra will be present.
