The rainfall data for the 24-hour period ending at 8:30 a.m. on June 18, 2026, shows 0.0 mm rainfall at all reporting stations, while the IMD classified the spatial distribution as “Dry (No Rain)” and described monsoon activity as “Weak.”

Despite the dry spell, cumulative seasonal rainfall since June 1 varies significantly across the state. Canacona has recorded the highest seasonal rainfall at 401.4 mm, followed by Mormugao with 225.4 mm and Ela (Old Goa) with 187.0 mm. Valpoi data was unavailable for the reporting period.
The IMD noted that the rainfall figures are provisional and are compiled from reports received from various stations, with final data to be confirmed at the end of the month.
