PANJIM: Governor Bharat Vir Wanchoo and Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar have extended their warm greetings to the people of Goa on the colourful occasion of Holi.
The Governor in his message said, “On the festive occasion of Holi, I extend my heartiest greetings and best wishes to the people of Goa. The fervour of Holi transcends the artificial barriers of religion, caste, creed and class and is a remarkable symbol and manifestation of our country’s unity in diversity.”
Extending his greetings on the occasion, Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar expressed hope that Holi would spread happiness and joy all around and further promote love, harmony, fraternity and friendship.
