PANJIM: The Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) has convened a condolence meeting at the Congress House, here, at 3.30 pm on Saturday, August 28, to condole the death of its former president Irene Barros.
Barros, who was the first woman sarpanch in the history of Goa, passed away at her Betalbatim residence, on August 22.
