PANJIM: Private property shack operators awaiting permissions from GCZMA and other concerned Government authorities have got some relief from the High Court.
The state government had submitted before the High Court that GCZMA will start accepting applications from private property shack operators for licences and dispose it as per merit. All Goa Private Property Shack/Hut Owners Association have approached the High Court pleading to direct GCZMA and other Government authorities to process their applications in time bound manner.
