MAPUSA: Goa Pradesh Congress Committee has promoted Youth Congress office bearer Himanshu Tivrekar as GPCC in-charge of Social Media in place of Amarnath Panjikar with immediate effect states a press note issued by GPCC Vice President M K Sheikh.

“Amarnath Panjikar is relieved from additional responsibility of Social Media in-charge and the party has thanked him for his valuable contribution as in-charge of Social Media,” stated the press note.
