MARGAO: Though the government has boasted deploying IRB personnel along the beach belt, their presence is hardly seen around.
When a Herald team visited Colva around Saturday noon, the IRB personnel were found holed up inside the life guard watch tower.
It was only after some time that the personnel descended from the watch tower and went about beach patrolling.
