PANJIM: A 56-year-old man was arrested under section 354 of IPC for outraging modesty of a woman commuter after she accused him of committing an indecent act in a city bus which was plying between bus stand and Panjim market. The 26-year-old victim filed a police complaint following which a person identified as Chacko Anthony from Vasco was arrested and booked.
