Mapusa Police, along with Fire and Emergency Services (FES) personnel, successfully rescued a man who accidentally fell into a 6-meter-deep pit in Khorlim, Mapusa.
The incident, which could have turned tragic, was handled swiftly by the joint efforts of police and FES teams. The man was safely brought out of the pit without any reported serious injuries. Authorities have urged the public to exercise caution around open pits and construction areas to prevent similar accidents.
