An accused in the Margao bomb blast case has moved the South Goa Sessions court for bail.
Accused Prashant Juvekar has moved the court on grounds that the National Investigating Agency has not yet filed a chargesheet against him in the court.
The bail application will come up for hearing on November 19.
Sources in the know that the NIA has prepared a supplementary chargesheet against the two accused persons Prashant Ashtekar and Prashant Juvekar and others.
It is learnt that the copy of the chargesheet has been dispatched to Delhi for final approval from the NIA sleuths.
The charge sheet is likely to be filed early next week, NIA sources said.
