Mashaal Relay as a
part of National Games 2023 commenced in the Capital City, on Saturday morning.
Sport Minister Govind Gaude handed over the Mashaal to the participants.
Minister said that the
motive behind Mashaal relay is to create awareness about the National Games
2023 all over the state. He further said that the Mashaal Relay will be carried
out in each and every village panchayat, crowded places, and at the historical
monuments of Goa.

Additionally Minister
said that the Mashaal Relay will also be executed in 4 metropolitan city
including Mumbai and Delhi.
