PANJIM: The Congress Block of Canaconna organised meetings in the constituency to galvanise support for the Congress candidate Reginaldo Lourenco. Present at the meetings were ex-MLA Isidore Fernandes, Canacona Municipality Chairperson Mahadev desai, Congress leaders Daya Pagi, Jana Bhandari and Canaconna Block President Elvis Fernandes among others.
A meeting of all the youth from Canaconna constituency, the members decided on a plan for the next few days in support of Reginaldo. The youth decided to coordinate the entire rally in the constituency on April 5 when the candidates ‘Ekta Yatra’ will arrive in the constituency.
At another meeting organized for all the workers of the constituency at Gaodongrim, all the workers from Gaondongrim and Cotigao had a meeting wherein various issues were discussed about the issues plaguing the state.
