MARGAO: Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco has dared the BJP to furnish bank and monetary details of their MPs and MLAs to the opposition and not to their own party men. He also demanded a thorough inquiry into financial records of Goa BJP unit.
“BJP is ruling Goa since 2012 and so am I. I demand that the accounts of the MLAs and ministers be checked along with the details of their family financial transactions,” he said.
And he quickly added that the government can check his records too saying his assets have remained the same since 2012. “My accounts were frozen by CBI and assets were seized by the Enforcement. It took me some time to settle these issues,” Mickky said. Besides, Mickky said, he would represent all his records of his assets to the Lokayukta soon.
