Goa International Airport, Dabolim, witnessed significant travel disruptions on December 6, 2025, with airport authorities confirming the cancellation of 14 flights across various domestic sectors. The Airports Authority of India (AAI) released an official notice listing the affected arrivals and departures, causing inconvenience to hundreds of passengers.
According to the airport’s cancellation bulletin, flights connecting Goa to major cities such as Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Delhi, Indore, Kolkata, and Bengaluru were among those cancelled. Both incoming and outgoing services were impacted, including sectors HYD–GOI, PNQ–GOI, AMD–GOI, BOM–GOI, COK–GOI, DEL–GOI, IDR–GOI, CCU–GOI and BLR–GOI.

Airport officials attributed the cancellations to operational issues, though no detailed clarification was immediately provided. Passengers were advised to contact their respective airlines for rebooking options and updated schedules.
The sudden cancellations resulted in long queues at airline counters and forced many travellers to revise their plans, with some passengers expressing frustration over last-minute notifications.
Authorities said normal operations are expected to resume soon and urged travellers to stay updated through official airport and airline communication channels.
