MARGAO: Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco told the Loutolim gram sabha meeting on Sunday that not a panchayat member had proposed any development works.
In reply to the announcement made by sarpanch that copies of proposals have been send to the MLA , Mickky shot back to state that correspondence was being send to him by post by the sarpanch and that many a times he had not been receivingthe same.
He clarified that proposals received by him had been completed and requested sarpanch in future not to send by post any correspondence to him by via a person if she wished not to come to his office personally. “This will also help in having a proof that proposal has been given in MLA office as there will be inward stamp on the copy.”
On the demand for 24X7 ambulance at health centre the MLA stated that same could be made available provided suitable place was available for the staff of ambulance and parking. He also informed that government shall upgrade the Loutulim health centre to house beds after recruiting the necessary staff.
