A farmer pointed out that he would be denied the access to his field with the construction of the boundary wall, adding that water access to his field will be denied if the boundary wall is constructed.
Kim Miranda told newsmen that part of the project is coming in the fields and feared that the project would destroy paddy cultivation with the setting up of a sewage treatment plan and bore well in the field.
The delegation sought to know from the Town Planner how the conversion sanad was issued to the construction project and maintained that barricading of the property by the builder will leading to water logging in the fields.
Town Planner Rajesh Naik said he has received the grievances of the people and promised to forward the complaint to the higher ups.
