Congress will kick start its 2017 election campaign on November 19, the day on which it will also commence the year-long Indira Gandhi birth centenary celebrations across the country.
AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh said the party will launch a padayatra from North to South on November 19 marking the start of the election campaign.
The Congress election manifesto committee will also invite suggestions from people and these will be considered while drafting the manifesto.
The party announced that the three-day National Executive Council meeting of NSUI will be held in Goa from November 23.
