PANJIM: Panjim police have booked a person on charge of molestation after he was caught peeping into the bathroom of the women’s hostel of a private hospital when a female was bathing on Monday.
The alleged accused was identified as Nasir Ahmed. Police have registered a case under sections 447 (trespass) and 354 (molestation) of IPC taking cognizance of a complaint filed by a doctor.
In another case, a victim girl has lodged complaint of rape against Agnivesh Aron Barreto. She has alleged that between October 2010 and December 2011, Barreto sexually abused her under false pretext of marrying her.
