PANJIM: The Town and Country Planning Department, North Goa, has filed two complaints against unknown offenders – one for carrying out illegal hill cutting and the other for illegal land filling at Saligao.

Both the violations have taken place at Vangod and no permissions had been obtained from the concerned authorities, said TCP officials.
The complaints have been filed by Zaidev Aldonkar, Dy Town Planner, Town and Country Planning Department and an offence has been filed under section 17-B of Town and Country Planning Act.
