RAGE ON THE STREETS: Students in Vasco take part in a rally, on Tuesday, to protest against the sexual assault on a seven-year-old school girl, demanding the immediate arrest of the accused. There was widespread condemnation of the incident in the port town and, indeed, across Goa; Vasco was in a state of complete shutdown with shops, schools and business establishments voluntarily downing shutters.
