The Saligao Police have arrested the second accused in connection with a chain snatching incident reported at PDA Colony in Porvorim. The accused, identified as Ikram (36), a resident of Manglaur in Haridwar, was apprehended as part of the ongoing investigation into the case.
Police officials confirmed that the first accused, Abdul Rahman, had been arrested earlier and is currently lodged in judicial custody. With the arrest of Ikram, investigators believe a key breakthrough has been achieved in the case.
