The managing committee of Sarvajanik Shri Ganeshotsav Yuvak Mandal, Aquem addressed the media on Tuesday to share details about the construction of a new temple dedicated to Shri Ganesh in the Aquem area.
During the briefing, committee members said that preparations for the temple are progressing steadily and that the project is aimed at creating improved facilities for devotees as well as the local community. The proposed temple is expected to become a spiritual and cultural hub, offering a more spacious and accessible place of worship.

To support the construction of the temple, the mandal has introduced a donation lottery scheme. As part of this initiative, a total of 15 prizes will be offered, with an overall prize value of ₹3.85 crore.
The committee informed that the draw date for the lottery will be announced at a later stage and will be communicated to the public in due course.
Members of the mandal appealed to devotees and well-wishers to extend their support towards the temple project, stating that community participation will play a vital role in bringing the initiative to fruition.
