This shows that this is something that Pramod Sawant is incapable of handling. He should not handle too many portfolios since an undertrial who is in custody escapes. It is a shame for the Police Department and the BJP which says that Goa is in safe hands. Goa is definitely in safe hands and culprits left, right and centre are getting away.
