Sources told Herald that the election will be held at the party headquarters in Panjim and the sitting President Vinay Tendulkar is most likely to get a second stint. Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar and Union AYUSH Minister Shripad Naik are expected to be present at the election.
Tendulkar has not ruled out taking over the responsibility again if offered by the party. Sources said the party leaders are unanimous about giving the former Sanvordem MLA another term.
