TEMBI CURTORIM: Bhago Boys won the 22nd Independence cup 7-a-side-one-day football tournament organised by Tembi Youth Club defeating Kalia Macazana 7-6 via the tie-breaker at Tembi Curtorim ground on Sunday.
Marcus gave the lead for Kalia in the 7th minute while Alloyd equalised for Bhago boys in the second half.

In the tiebreaker Bhago boys proved to be better shooters.
The winners received Rs 35,000 and the runners up collected Rs 25,000 plus trophies.
Curtorim MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco was the chief guest and gave away the prizes in the presence of other dignitaries and club officials.
