PANJIM: Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim edged past St Anthony’s Sports Club, Colva 4-3 via the tie-breaker to move into the quarter-finals of Cavelossim Panchayat Cup soccer organized by Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim at Fr Drunston and Wellington ground, Tuesday. The teams were locked goalless at full time.
Cavelossim sprung to life in the sixth minute after Ally Pereira unleashed a powerful shot which was however, blocked by Colva goalkeeper Dulio Andrade.

The teams came with good moves, but failed to score in the second session.
In the tie-breaker, Selrino, Preston, Ally and Mahamood scored for Cavelossim while Joao, Dulio and Dillon scored for Colva.
