Vitorino Fernandes of Chandor Club was the star of the match with his assists to his teammates and shooting power.

Charles Miranda of Don Bosco drew the first blood in the second minute itself. Don Bosco led 1-0 at the lemon break.

After changing sides, Chandor Club came back with renewed ideas and a superb pass from the flanks by Risbon Fernandes helped Vitorino Fernandes place the ball over the advancing rival goal keeper to level the score in the 51st minute. From there on  there was no looking back, as both the teams worked hard to gain the upper hand when Vitorino Fernandes of Chandor again headed  into the net of Fatorda from a cross off  the left flanks in the 57 minutes to complete his brace.

Don Bosco huffed and puffed to level the score, but the Chandor defence stood like a rock to see out the match.
