In the second half, Cuncolim Union stepped up their game as Krishna Shirodkar’s long ranger missed the target but they managed to break the deadlock in the 40th minute when Frazier Fernandes unleashed a rasping drive after an assist from Daulat.
Soon, in the 45th minute, Frazier could have scored his second goal of the evening after an intelligent cross from Clifton Fernandes but the formers header missed the target.
They continued to attack and Frazier finally secured his brace in the 50th minute with a powerful grounder.
