PANJIM: German 7 proved to be a better side in the tie-breaker scoring a 4-3 victory over Forever Chimbel to qualify for pre-quarterfinals in Augusta Memorial Cup organized by Siridao Boys, at River Plate Siridao Sports Club ground, at Siridao, Monday.
At full time, there was no score. The teams had equal number of chances but could not net in.
German 7 had a beautiful opportunity to score but Chimbel goalkeeper saved the powerful shot from close margin. Chimbel also had an open chance but shot wide.
