MARGAO: A four goal blitz including a hat-trick Mario Fernandes enabled Immaculate Conception Sports Club (ICSC) Paroda humble Uguem’s Rising Club 5-0 in Group A Salcete Zone GFA Third Division league, at Paroda ground, Monday. ICSC led 2-0 at the break.
ICSC dominated the game and troubled the rival defence with well orchestrated raids. Persistent forays paid off dividends and in the 15th minute striker Benny Olveira bulge the net.
The early goal helped ICSC lads to mount tremendous pressure on the rival defence and Rising Club citadel fell again in the 41st minute when Mario Fernandes punished the rival goalkeeper with a neat finish.
Post resumption, it was a one way traffic for ICSC as they tormented the rival defence with striker Mario Fernandes pumped three more goals in the 49th, 69th and 77th minutes to complete the rout
In Group D match, at DYSA ground, Curtorim, Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda walloped Macasana Welfare Centre 12-1.

Post match, the frustrated Arambol players took their anger on referee Milagres by assaulting him.
