CORJEM-CURTORIM: Paldem SC defeated Batora SC 2-1 to move into the quarter-finals of the Corjem Youth Club inter-ward soccer, organised by Corjem Youth Club and played at St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, on Thursday.
Batora SC scored through Delton Fernandes in the 26 minute with a sublime finish.
Later, Paldem SC scored back to back goals through Jovil Fernandes in the 31 and 34 minutes respectively. Bastora SC’s Delton Fernandes bagged the Man-of-the-Match award.
