South Goa United Club Unveils New Season Jersey, Celebrates Fourth Year of Football Excellence

The South Goa United Club of Sports and Culture recently hosted a Thanksgiving Eucharistic celebration and unveiled its new season jersey at Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda.

Established as a football academy by veteran Goan goalkeeper Luis Barretto of Nuvem, the club has spent the past four years nurturing young talent across various age groups. Its training programs have produced skilled footballers who have gone on to excel at state and national levels.

With the club now entering its fifth year, it continues to train around 150 boys and girls under the guidance of experienced coaches. Practices are conducted at Don Bosco Oratory ground and the SAG Turf ground in Fatorda. The club’s growth has been supported by dedicated parents and well-wishers, reflecting its mission to develop football talent in Goa with commitment and passion.

South Goa United Club has also actively participated in numerous state and national tournaments, steadily building its reputation as a hub for young football talent.
