The Panjim-outfit went ahead in the fifth minute as Souvik Das provided a perfect cross to Neville Albuquerque to head in the opener.
Sesa tried to regroup but their rivals played to a plan and doubled the lead midway through the first half when a cross by Mauvin Borges was turned into his own net by a Sesa defender.
Just before the break, Sporting Clube’s defender Jarmanjit Singh ventured forward for a corner and his powerful off a Ganesh Thakur cross made it 3-0.
Sesa pulled a goal back through Latesh Mandrekar which set up interesting second half.
After resumption, Sporting Clube continued to dominate with Souvik Das tapping in a cross to make it 4-1 to The Flaming Oranje.
Kiran Choukashi then helped himself to a brace to further swell the lead for Sporting Goa.
Sporting Clube’s Quan Gomes somehow managed to score from the acutest of angles as he amazingly curled the ball into the top corner. They continued to dominate their opponents when Ganesh Thakur headed in a cross swung in from the right flank.
In the closing stages, Sporting Clube’s Joseph Costa added the final nail in the coffin as he thumped in to make it 9-1.
