PANJIM: The 3rd all-Goa Luis (Packlo) memorial 5-a-side football tournament organized by Desperado Boys, Thal Shiroda will be held on January 6 and 13 at Channi ground, near Kamaxi Temple, Shiroda, at 10.30 a.m.
